Variations of size or presentation can be arranged for large orders.
Minimum order and palletisation
Orders start from one pallet. The number of bottles per carton and cartons per pallet depends on the size and is confirmed in the quotation. Combinations of sizes can be discussed for larger orders.
Full container and groupage
Palletised oil can travel as groupage or in a full container. As an orientation, a 20 ft container takes roughly 10 to 11 standard pallets and a 40 ft container roughly 20 to 25, depending on pallet size and height. Because the cargo is containerised, FCA, CPT or CIP are usually the most accurate Incoterms® rules (see Incoterms explained).
Storage and shelf life
Store the bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct light. The best-before date is stated for each batch and should be checked against your rotation and market requirements.

Documents that accompany a shipment
Every order is documented so that your customs broker, quality team and auditors can verify what they receive. The basic set is:
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the batch, reporting parameters such as acidity, peroxide value, moisture and purity.
- Certificate of origin (Ukraine).
- Phytosanitary certificate, when the destination country requires it.
- Commercial invoice and packing list.
- Transport document (bill of lading, CMR or equivalent for the mode of transport).
