This Privacy Policy explains how SUNVORA International Trading S.L. ("SUNVORA", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website (www.sunvoraoil.com), in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

We do not collect sensitive data (Art. 9 GDPR), payment information, or data from minors under 16 years of age.
3. Automatic Technical Data
When you visit our website, our server may automatically receive standard HTTP data: IP address (anonymised after 24 hours), browser type, operating system, referring URL and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring and is not linked to any individual identity.

Data submitted via the quotation form is retained for 3 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. Data related to concluded commercial contracts is retained for 6 years to comply with Spanish commercial and tax law (Art. 30 Código de Comercio).
6. International Transfers
Your data is processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). If any transfer outside the EEA is required (e.g. for communication with buyers in non-EEA countries), we ensure adequate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Security Measures
We implement technical and organisational measures including TLS encryption in transit, server-side input validation, Content Security Policy headers, and access controls. No data transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we follow industry best practices to protect your information.
9. Third-Party Services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC). Google may collect anonymised usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. No other third-party tracking, analytics or advertising scripts are loaded by default.
The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Quote requests submitted through the contact form are processed by a Cloud Function running in the European Union (Google Cloud, region europe-west1) and delivered to SUNVORA by email through the mail service of IONOS SE. These providers act as processors on behalf of SUNVORA solely to host the website and deliver your request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in legal requirements or our data practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
